Daily monitor

Know when your Webflow site breaks where visitors can see it

Webflow staging and published can drift apart fast: an unpublished edit, a CMS item that 404s, a form that quietly stops posting, custom head code dropped in a republish. CopyMosaic checks the live, published site every day and emails you the day it stops matching what you built.

Webflow's power - CMS collections, custom code, staged publishing - is also where it silently breaks. A collection item gets unpublished, a form action changes, a script in the head gets dropped on republish, and the live site looks fine in the Designer while quietly failing for real visitors. CopyMosaic loads the published URL the way a logged-out visitor does, checks what actually breaks on a Webflow site, and tells you the day one of them moves.

What quietly breaks on your Webflow site

An edit is still sitting unpublished

Changes live in the Designer or on staging but never got published, so visitors see the old version. Everything looks done on your side; the live URL disagrees.

A CMS collection item 404s

An unpublished or deleted collection item leaves a card, link, or dynamic page pointing at nothing. The list still renders; the click dead-ends.

A Webflow form stops posting

A form action, reCAPTCHA, or integration breaks and submissions stop landing. The form still looks live and submittable - it just collects no one.

Custom head or embed code drops

A republish or theme change strips a script you added to the head - analytics, a pixel, a chat widget, a checkout embed - and the feature it powered silently goes dark.

An SSL or domain issue creeps in

A custom-domain or certificate hiccup makes the site throw warnings or fail to load for some visitors. It can look fine from your cached browser while turning others away.

How it works

Paste your published Webflow URL. CopyMosaic loads it like a logged-out visitor, runs about 30 checks on what they'd actually see, and shows you the result in seconds - free, no signup. Turn on monitoring and it re-checks the page every day and emails you the day the live site changes.

Questions

Does it check staging or the live published site?

The live published site - the URL your visitors actually load. Staging can look perfect while the published version is stale or broken, so the published page is the only one worth monitoring.

Can it tell me if my Webflow form is still working?

It checks the outside-visible parts: that the form is present, has a valid action, and the page doesn't dead-end on submit. It can't read your form submissions, but it catches the common break where the form quietly stops posting.

How often does it check?

Free scans run on demand whenever you paste a URL. Paid monitoring re-checks your Webflow site - and up to five pages total - every day, and emails you the day something changes.

CopyMosaic monitors what an unauthenticated visitor can observe from the outside. It does not verify server-side tracking, Stripe webhooks, CRM routing, logged-in flows, or successful payment completion in V1.
