By using CopyMosaic, you agree to the points below. We’ve kept them short and human; they’re not a substitute for a real lawyer if your situation is unusual.

What CopyMosaic does

CopyMosaic checks public URLs as a logged-out visitor and reports what it finds. It is an external observer of your pages, on a schedule. It is not an uptime monitor for your application, an audit of your tracking stack, or a guarantee that anything works end-to-end.

External / logged-out checks only

We only see what a stranger with a browser can see. We do not verify server-side tracking, payment completion, CRM routing, A/B variants, or anything behind a login. If you need that, you need a different tool — please don’t rely on CopyMosaic for it.

No guarantee of catching every issue

We try hard, but we can miss things. A page can break in a way our checks don’t detect, a third-party can A/B-test us into a fake-healthy variant, an alert can land in your spam folder. CopyMosaic is a safety net, not a guarantee.

No liability for lost revenue or ad spend

To the maximum extent allowed by law, CopyMosaic isn’t liable for lost revenue, missed conversions, ad spend, or other consequential damages — even if we noticed a problem and our alert didn’t reach you. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months.

Subscription, cancellation

The Monitor plan is $29/month (or $290/year), billed via Stripe. Your rate stays locked for as long as your subscription remains active, including any promotional rate you subscribed at. You can cancel any time from the billing portal; you’ll keep access through the end of your current billing period and we will not auto-renew.

Acceptable use

Don’t use CopyMosaic to scan pages you don’t have permission to monitor. Don’t use it to overwhelm a target with traffic — our crawler is single-request and well-behaved, but you should still be the rightful operator of the pages you submit.

Changes

If we materially change these terms, we’ll email you. If you don’t agree to the change, you can cancel before it takes effect.
